Week Day Bookings
Weekday tee times will be allocated normally through the reservation system or by calling the Pro Shop. Bookings by members can be done up to 72 hours in advance. Non-members may book up to 48 hours in advance.
Weekends & Holidays Bookings - Lottery System
The lottery will run all day on the weekends and holidays. This means that once the Lottery is run, the remaining tee times will be allocated normally through the reservation system or by calling the Pro Shop. Lottery times will continue to be posted at the Pro Shop and on this site.
To ensure that complaints about manipulation of the previous lottery system does not return, a printout will be posted for the weekend showing times allotted and variance from times requested. This data will be kept and evaluated.
The lottery for tee-times will be run at:

Requests for a time slot in the lottery can be submitted:

*The lottery is random. When you call in has no bearing as to the time you will receive. There is no need to clog the phone lines at 9:00 pm.
This does not mean that you have a confirmed tee time. The system will be shut down for a period of ½ hour starting at noon the next day. The ballot will be run and results posted. Anytime after 12:30 you may call to check what tee time has been assigned to you.
| Notes: | The system will only allow a maximum of two guests per tee time on weekends and holidays, limited to one guest per member. On weekdays a member may have three guests. |

Convenience Booking
For those members that have purchased the "Unlimited" or "Package" membership, we are now offering the additional convenience of booking up to 14 days in advance. You can use this service 4 times during the summer. We will book no more than 5 advanced times per day and will not accept advance bookings during ballot times.
The fees are as follows and are non-refunable:
